All cancellations or changes must be emailed to us.

Cancellations up to a month before camp start date will be issued a full refund.

Up to 7 days prior to start of camp: If we can fill your spot from the waitlist, you will be issued a refund. 

If we are unable to fill your child's spot, you may receive a credit for a future class/camp or you may switch your child to a different week.

If we are notified less than 7 days prior to the start of camp that your child cannot attend, your child may switch to another week if available or you forfeit the registration cost.  No refunds or credits will be issued.

We will handle special circumstances (unforeseen illness, family emergency, etc)  on a case by case basis.
